Does anyone have a clue as to the name of the song that played throughout the end of last night's episode after Hannah saw Alex and Ben at the bar and was driving around in the cab? It played through the end credits, too. Do you find this valuable?

The song on the cab ride is Hometown Glory by Adele. What I want to know is the what's the song or strings at the end of the show. The piano is all Hometown Glory.....what's the jazz song overlapping the piano when Belle returns home? I can't find it attached to any Hometown Glory instrumental. Do you find this valuable?
